Description:

Full-time position in Dayville working with adults with serious and prolonged mental illness in our Case Management Program.  Work as part of an agency team in collaboration with other providers within the mental health and social service systems.  Assess client needs, provide counseling, assist clients w/developing and managing community service plans.  Use of own car (mileage reimbursement) required.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with one evening until 7:00 p.m.

Requirements include:

Bachelors Degree in relevant human services field required.

** Peer preferred who meets the requirements for the Advocacy Unlimited Certification.

Salary Range:

$14.62 – $16.54 per hour depending on experience
