Full-time opening available in Northeastern, CT for an energetic health & wellness professional with a background in mental health or human resources, or a human resources or behavioral health professional with a background in health and wellness to join the United Services, Inc. team and manage the Employee Assistance Program and community wellness services. The incumbent will oversee EAP an established program that is a contracted service to local businesses and organizations as well as community wellness programming including trainings, etc.  A wide range of skills best suited to this position includes the ability to promote/sell the program; create and provide engaging trainings and workshops; effectively negotiate contracts; problem solve with client company HR personnel to improve employee performance and productivity; stay abreast of current and changing EAP, health and wellness, and mental health/addiction issues; ability to research and utilize/incorporate best practices; an appreciation of data and recordkeeping to improve outcomes and the quality of the program. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in health education, community/public health, human resources or related field required.
