We currently have one full-time position in our Dayville location. Essential duties of this position include oversight of the day to day operations of our Intensive Outpatient Services program, including facilitation of group sessions, completing needed documentation to ensure that both regulatory and agency standards are being met and collaboration with both with internal and external referral sources.  Applicant must be well organized, have an ability to problem solve and be part of a team.  Applicants will also provide direct clinical services as well as group services and have the ability to clinical supervision as part of their regular duties.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must have experience and knowledge working with SPMI population. Experience working with Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and a co-occurring population is also a plus.

Position requires a Connecticut LCSW, plus one year experience as a clinical supervisor or four years relevant direct clinical care experience may be substituted for clinical supervision experience.

Salary Range:

CT LCSW – $48,464 – $54,833

CT LCSW plus bilingual Spanish / English fluency $50,917 – $57,608
