Social Services Per Diem Positions

Seeking to hire multiple social service per diem positions to work 10-20 flexible hours per week in the Intervention and Prevention Division of United Services, in a variety of programs.

Community Housing Assistance Program, CHAP Youth Worker, responsible for teaching independent living skills to teens and young adults, making referrals to appropriate services, providing advocacy and case management services, in the client home.

School To Employment Program: STEP Job Coach, responsible for providing job coaching services at community job site locations to high school age teens and young adults, with disabilities, through Plainfield High School.

Family Violence Education Program FVEP: (Adult) Group Facilitator, responsible for delivering a violence prevention curriculum in a group setting for adult offenders.

Juvenile Review Board (JRB): responsible for providing case management and support to juvenile offenders referred to the Juvenile Review Board as a prevention service prior to being referred to the Juvenile Court System.
