We only consider applicants who meet the minimum educational and experience qualifications listed for a position. We encourage independently licensed clinicians, those who are fully fluent in Spanish and English, and individuals who have a diverse background to apply.
Because we value diversity and the ability to meet the needs of community residents, United Services pays higher starting salaries to employees who are fully fluent in Spanish and English. United Services also provides supervision for those pursuing an independent licensure.
