Description:

United Services Inc., is seeking to hire a per diem facilitator for their Parenting Education Program for Divorcing and Separating Parents Program. The facilitator is responsible for conducting an in-person education class once per month, which is held every 4th Saturday of the month (Dayville location). The population served consists of parents who are divorcing or legally separating and are referred through the court system. The Facilitator provides education on various topics related to the population using a curriculum-based program. You will also work with a co-facilitator.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable facilitating in person, can work independently and have good working knowledge of co-parenting strategies, child development, family restructuring, dynamics and issues concerning divorce. The facilitator must have experience in family life education, marriage and family therapy, psychology, social work, counseling or a related field.

Schedule:

1 day per month – Every 4th Saturday – (1) 8-hour shift – 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

                   **Schedule subject to change based on holidays**

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field, plus 3 years of experience required. Master’s Degree preferred.

Spanish bilingual preferred but not required. Male preferred, but not required.

Salary Range:

PER DIEM RATE- $25.00 PER HOUR
