Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Whole person treatment to help individuals recover from opioid, alcohol or tobacco use disorders.
We know that recovery impacts many areas of your life and we are here to support you along your way. USI offers an enhanced Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program that includes:
- Medication Management
- Peer Recovery Specialist support
- Employment Specialist support
- Individual therapy
- Group therapy
USI offers MAT for opioid, alcohol, and tobacco use disorders. For opioid use disorders, the primary medication used is Buprenorphine / Naloxone (Suboxone). We also offer Sublocade injections for those who qualify. For alcohol use disorders, the primary medication used is Naltrexone (Vivitrol). We also offer Vivitrol injections for those who qualify. For tobacco use disorders, medications available are the Nicotine patch, Nicotine gum, Nicotine lozenge, Zyban and Chantix.
*We offer Substance Use Recovery groups in both our Mansfield and Dayville locations.

United Services offers a Sliding Fee Scale Program for people who do not have insurance or whose income is insufficient to pay outstanding balances.
