(Position is located 30 minutes from Providence, RI – Worcester, MA – New London, CT – Willimantic, CT)

Description:

United Services is seeking a Team manager for our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Program. The right candidate is energetic and enthusiast individual with the relevant experience to oversee and manage BHH and CCBHC direct care staff by providing leadership for assigned services, ensure day to day operation of services to meet individual’s needs based upon best practices in compliance with all licensure and funder regulatory guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Master’s degree preferred in relevant human services field including public health or Bachelor’s degree in relevant human services including public health with extensive related experience will be considered.
  • Two to three years of appropriate supervisory experience required.
  • Three to five years of human services or community healthcare experience required. Experience must be relevant to specific program needs and requirements.

Required Certification/License (Will be required based on specific program needs):

– CPR Certification

– First Aid Certification

– Maintain a valid driver’s license

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
