Description:

United Services, Inc.’s Child Guidance Clinic is seeking a Team manager for our Child Guidance Program. The right candidate is energetic and enthusiast masters level clinician with the relevant experience in care coordination, clinical supervision to support our Child Guidance Clinic. The Team Manager will assist the Program Manager with oversight of the Child Guidance Program providing supervision of program staff and clinical leadership to ensure day to day operation of services meet peoples need based upon best practices. Monitor program and individual productivity and provide supervision to meet program outcomes. Provide guidance and crisis support to staff with respect to people’s issues and programmatic needs.

The Child Guidance Clinic provides office-based outpatient services to children and adolescents ages 3-18 using individual, group and family based therapy. Clinicians are provided a supportive team environment that works from a strengths based perspective with a multi-disciplinary approach. We work collaboratively with internal and external providers to provide comprehensive treatment and support for children, adolescents and families serviced by the clinic.

Minimum Requirements:

Connecticut LCSW required. Three years of relevant direct clinical care experience required. Experience as a clinical supervisor preferred. Experience working with adolescents with co-occurring disorders desired.

Master’s degree and current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license.
