(Position is located 30 minutes from Providence, RI – Worcester, MA – New London, CT – Willimantic, CT)
Description:
Full-time opening in our Dayville Office. Client Access Team members process initial screening requests for services to insure a smooth client entry into programs. This position collects all information necessary to determine appropriateness for services, completes all required forms and collects client demographics and other data, including insurance information, initial authorization, and client fees. Strong customer relations skills, time management, multi-tasking, the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality are a must. Evenings may be required.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Minimum Requirements:
Associates Degree plus two years relevant experience or High School diploma plus four years of experience required. Excellent Computer skills required. Experience in health care environment including insurance verifications and authorizations preferred.
Salary Range:
$18.14 – $20.52 per hour depending on experience.
Bilingual Spanish Fluency Range: $ 19.06 – $21.58 per hour depending on experience.
