Description:
United Services is seeking a Clinician to work with adults 18 and older with co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions. This will include working with individuals in our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program. The clinician will provide office based individual and group clinical services. The clinician will use a person-centered approach, with significant utilization of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of harm reduction and multiple pathways of recovery. The clinician will be able to engage individuals, complete clinical assessments, and create treatment plans with observable, measurable objectives. The clinician will also work collaboratively within an integrative care team of internal providers such as Peer Recovery Specialists, Psychiatric APRN’s, Case Managers, Employment Specialists, and other Clinicians, as well as external treatment providers.
Minimum Requirements:
MSW (CT-LMSW required), MFT (CT-MFT-A required), Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Master’s Degree in a related clinical field required (CT-LPC-A required). Clinical experience with clients with substance use and co-occurring diagnosis preferred.
Schedule Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary Range:
- Non-LCSW, $55,370 – $67,093-
- Non-LCSW, Bilingual Clinicians- Spanish/English Fluency $61,118 – $72,650
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT LADC Clinicians $65,166 – $77,462
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency $71,932 – $85,504
