Description:

United Services is seeking an innovative, skilled Director for our newly created Child and Family Services Division. As part of a diverse management team, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and growing the operations, conducting all hiring and monitoring of clinicians, supervising other managers, and most importantly, inspiring a culture of collaboration and support.

The Division Director of Child and Family Services is a member of the senior management team of United Services, Inc. and assists in maintaining and managing agency policies and standards including oversight of budget, reporting and licensing/accreditation. The Division Director is a role model for other staff within the agency and is expected to maintain professional boundaries and ethics.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree and current CT LCSW or LPC license.

Minimum of 3 years management experience required. Experience in supervising staff and running the operations of multiple programs preferred.

Senior Management, Supervision, Program Development, Evidence-Based Practice experience highly desired.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
