Woodstock, CT– United Services has made the decision to postpone our annual Irish Night event, scheduled for Friday March 13, to Friday October 16. The event will still be held at 6 p.m. at The Mansion at Bald Hill in Woodstock.
“Given the current public health situation, we felt that postponing our event was the safest course of action,” said United Services President/CEO Diane L. Manning. “We hope people can join us in October for a fun and this year unique event to benefit our Children and Family Programs.”
Manning added that all attendees were personally contacted and she was grateful for the support of the event sponsors: Mutual of America, Genoa Healthcare, Putnam Ford, Jewett City Savings Bank, Lake Road Generating, WINY Radio, Traveler’s Shell, Gerardi Insurance and Creamery Brook Village.
The annual event benefits United Services’ Children and Family Programs, which include its Child Guidance Clinic, Domestic Violence Program, Parenting Programs and more.
United Services will post more information about the rescheduled event in the coming months. Individuals with questions can contact Emily Morrison at 860-774-2020.
