Adult Mental Health Services
Our Adult Mental Health Outpatient Services provides office-based treatment for a wide range of mental health challenges and disorders. These services are directed toward helping people function more productively in their daily lives. The program provides an integrated network of services that ensures high quality treatment for individuals and families.
Our Adult Mental Health Outpatient Services include individual, family and group therapy. Call our trained staff if you are experiencing or would like to focus on management of:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Mood Shifts
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Grief and loss
- Increased life stress
- Separation or Divorce
- Concerns about attention
- Life transitions/major life changes
- Social Skills
- Sexual/physical or emotional abuse
Our clinical staff tailor your treatment based on your individual goals and needs. Our staff focus on using a strength based approach. Treatment approaches help support you whether you are just thinking about change, ready to change or are currently practicing the changes you have made. Our team includes professionals that are trained in various evidence based models including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Seeking Safety (Trauma informed model)
- Motivational Interviewing
- Solution Focused Therapy
- Trauma Recovery Empowerment Model (TREM)

Group Treatment
United Services promotes a group setting as this provides support from others who have similar experiences and gives an additional level of support in dealing with various life issues. Our current groups include:

- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Seeking Safety (Trauma informed model)
- Depression Management
- Anxiety Management
- Men/Women specific groups
- Social Skills
- Stress Management
- Relational groups
- Grief and Loss
Groups are time limited and availability varies based on the needs of people served. We are open to suggestions for new groups and select group topics based on the unique needs of the group as a whole.
Spanish Language Services
Individual sessions are conducted fully in Spanish or an interpreter is provided to aid in sessions.

United Services offers a Sliding Scale Fee Program for people who do not have insurance or whose income is insufficient to pay outstanding balances.
