Description:
As a Wellness Facilitator-Coach you will be a part of a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those you work with. The Wellness Facilitator-Coach will make a therapeutic connection with behavioral health adults to support them in their recovery. You will collaborate with a community support team and a clinical team to ensure the best delivery of services and positive outcomes for the individuals you are working with. Individuals who are involved in our wellness programs show growth by establishing a stronger social network, using a variety of healthy coping strategies and by taking steps to improve their overall health and longevity. As a Wellness Facilitator-Coach you will offer a creative calendar of wellness and social activities in a variety of settings that will include the community, agency locations and on occasion by zoom. You will work both independently as well as partner with other wellness staff on your team.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant human services field or Associate’s Degree plus two years appropriate experience required.
Salary Range:
- $18.54 – $20.98 per hour depending on experience.
- Bilingual Spanish Fluency: $19 48 – $22.04 per hour depending on experience.
